"CTC Bastion" is a dynamically developing company, providing a full range of services of the technical customer, as well as design, surveying, dismantling and construction of buildings and structures of various functional purposes, functions of the technical customer throughout Russia since 2007. We guarantee execution of works in the shortest possible time, regardless of the complexity of the project, due to the availability of material and technical base, landfill for construction waste of class 5, our own equipment and highly qualified staff, capable of organizing and performing work on the construction of buildings and structures of any complexity and scale. We strive to offer an optimal ratio of price and quality of services. The Bastion team has been working in the Russian Federation since 2007, and since 2023 we have expanded our activities to foreign markets in the Middle East. During this time we have managed to participate in quite a large number of projects on civil construction projects and also on special objects. We cooperate with leading manufacturers of equipment and materials, which allows us to guarantee the quality and reliability of our work.
Our team has accumulated extensive experience in the implementation of projects in various fields, including industrial and civil construction, energy, oil and gas industry and infrastructure with the use of various technologies (LSTK, metal frame, prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete, glued wooden elements, sandwich panels of factory and prefabricated production, SIP panels, ventilated facades of various designs, modular and containerized elements) at military, civil and industrial facilities in different regions of Russia and the world For each new object we carry out an extended analysis of possible solutions, develop and submit to the Customer for approval a feasibility study of the decision taken, taking into account all the factors affecting the implementation of the project, for each of the options under consideration, namely:
- direct cost of materials and equipment;
- direct cost of construction and installation works;
- cost of operation of machinery and mechanisms;
- cost of mobilization/demobilization of workers, cost of accommodation and catering;
- the cost of mobilization/demobilization of construction and special equipment, as well as the technical possibility of delivery to and from the site;
- overhead and administrative costs;
- unforeseen expenses;
- planned profit (normalized value);
- expenses for the operation of the facility, including electricity, heat and water supply, current repairs (taking into account the materials and technologies selected); and selected materials and technologies);
- financial analysis taking into account the cost of funds to be raised;
- sale value of the object in case of possible decision of the Customer to terminate its own activity.

We have our own innovative solutions aimed at reducing design and construction time, reducing operating costs and increasing the visual appeal of the facility. Design and working documentation is created in BIM format, which reduces the number of errors during construction, and allows us to widely use prefab technologies, i.e. to deliver elements of high readiness to the site.
We are ready to undertake both the object from scratch, with the development and approval of the concept, sketches, marketing research (for commercial objects), development of sets of design and working documentation with obtaining expert opinions, construction and commissioning, and "pick up" the project at any stage, with correction and coordination of sub-optimal solutions (if necessary), as well as to perform the entire range of works, including the construction of roads and sites, installation of external utilities, layout and landscaping,
