What is BIM?
Bastion has all the competencies to implement projects in accordance with modern standards and technologies, including the use of the latest technology of building information modeling - BIM.
This technology is based on the development and application of a single intelligent 3D building model, as well as the collection and processing of all necessary data on the architectural and planning, construction, economic, technological, and operational characteristics of the facility in a single information space. Which not only contributes to a higher quality project management at all stages of its life cycle: from engineering surveys to the operation and dismantling stage, but also allows to promptly identify malfunctions and track the process of their elimination, making adjustments to the project directly at the construction site. Our design specialists have experience in using key BIM programs (Autodesk, Tekla, Trimble, Graphisoft) - and are able to work with provided, existing building models, as well as to develop "from scratch" for each individual case.
